Recipe: BBQ Corn on the Cob
Corn on the cob is a summer classic, especially here in Indiana. But sometimes it just needs a bit of a twist. Check out this recipe for BBQ Corn on the Cob:
Ingredients:
- 6 ears of corn, husked & cleaned
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1/8 of a teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 pinch of onion powder
- cayenne pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
Directions:
- Fire up the grill to medium-high heat
- In a bowl (medium sized), blend together the chili powder, dried oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
- Then, blend in the softened butter.
- Apply this mixture to each ear of corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil
- Place corn on the grill, cook for 20-30 minutes (or until tender when poked with a fork). Make sure to rotate the corn periodically.
